A Greater Efficiency one-day workshop with Kerry Gleeson @ FER Geneva

ma 01 nov - Atelier @ FER Genève, 09h00 - 17h00

How to get 30% MORE done in a day without raising stress ?

A Greater Efficiency one-day workshop with Kerry Gleeson for his first time in Switzerland

Tuesday, November 1st 2005 in Geneva

If you feel like you don't have enough time to complete all your work in a day, you're not alone.

It's the most common complaint in business and the problem is getting worse, especially for those in management. As margins get squeezed and staff are downsized, we all take on more workload.

Each day becomes an endless round of meetings, phone calls, e-mails and report writing, with seemingly little productive work seen at the end. As productivity slips, we work longer hours to make up and the stress takes its toll on you and your staff.

And there is even more pressure on managers as they are also responsible for the wellbeing of their staff.

But there is a simple answer.

Internationally respected consultant Kerry Gleeson has dedicated himself to helping busy executives and managers regain lost business time, reduce stress and improve their productivity. His Geneva seminar will be a lifeline to those wanting to achieve more (up to 30%) in a working day without raising their stress levels.

  • Effective planning and prioritizing
  • Adopting the "do it now" principle and eliminating procrastination
  • Managing the huge flow of daily information (especially e-mails)
  • How to organize a work environment that is more efficient, productive and pleasant
  • Most meetings achieve very little - make them more effective and cut the time spent in them by more than half
  • Learn how to leave work at the office, and enjoy home and leisure time.

This workshop is not about time management but time efficiency - something that every executive, manager and their teams should know.

Benefits of attending

  • Gain simple ideas to improve your work efficiency and become more productive, thus giving your business a competitive advantage
  • Become a more efficient manager which will also make you more effective
  • Reduce stress
  • Gain resource material

Presented by Kerry Gleeson

Kerry Gleeson Founder and President of IBT International

Since 1983, Kerry Gleeson has been retained by some of the world's largest corporations (including American Express, Unilever, General Motors, IBM, Hewlett Packard and Philips Electronics) to address the issue of personal productivity and changing work behavior.

Kerry developed his programs to improve efficiency and productivity after working as a marketing executive and witnessing how many of his colleagues and clients became bogged down in their work. He tested the ideas that now form the core of his company's program on one of the largest financial institutions in Sweden - Svenska Handelsbanken, which has thousands of managers and employees. Productivity there rose by more than 20% and fewer people took sick leave.

Kerry formed IBT -the Institute for Business Technology- to market the PEP or Personal Efficiency Program and other services directed at increasing white-collar productivity. He has spent the last 20 years travelling throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, establishing an international network of companies under the umbrella of IBT.

Kerry is the author of two best-selling books:

The personal Efficiency Program "The Personal Efficiency Program - How to Get Organized to Do More Work in Less Time" Third Edition, published by John Wiley & Sons

The personal Efficiency Program "Mieux s'organiser pour gagner du temps - Un programme d'efficacité personnalisé" 3ème édition, Edition Maxima

The High-Tech Personal Efficiency Program "The High-Tech Personal Efficiency Program - Organizing your Electronic Resources to Maximize Your Time and Efficiency", published by John Wiley & Sons

With nearly one million copies in print, the books have been translated and published in 18 languages.

Kerry Gleeson has been a guest speaker in a number of organizations including the Young President's Organization, the Junior Chamber International World Congress, and the Success Magazine Entrepreneurial Leadership Conference.

Kerry enjoys doing business, identifying and solving corporate problems and executing the solutions to these problems - especially in diverse cultures around the world. His goal is to build and maintain a business that makes a difference.
